We operate with confidentiality and secrecy within the law to provide protection of your family and assets from a wide range of physical and extreme threats via the most discrete and secure world class protective shelters possible without sacrificing luxury and comfortable amenities.
For over three decades, we have served customers worldwide from our base in the American coastal port City of Virginia Beach in Virginia, the home of the largest Navy base in the world and NATO North America, and the home of the largest high-tech port city in America with direct access to specialty technologies and materials from the global markets, and the home base of numerous classified and non-classified security operation centers and related technical manufacturing companies that we draw upon for support.
From our base of operations, we design and provide the most secretive and secure protective structures available, and that requires utilizing the expertise of highly experienced warfighters and retired national security and armed forces personnel who have been the tip of the spear, and individuals with vast international construction project experience with technically complex, high value buildings.
We provide ultra-luxury hardened structures to defend and ensure your survival against all conceivable threats including biological / chemical / nuclear warfare to invasion by armed forces, terrorists and civil unrest, and the threats arising from climate change. We have the expertise to bring exquisite architecture and interior design, state of the art engineering, and craftsmanship of the highest standards to our projects anywhere in the world.
Due to the sensitive nature of protective technologies incorporated into our fortified hardened structures, our non-US projects are licensed by 1) the U.S. Department of State Directorate of Defense Trade Controls that regulates commercial defense trade under the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and the United States Munitions List (USML); and 2) by the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security that regulates the export of commodities and technologies that are commercial and military in nature.
Sorry, we do not accept project requests from cartels, criminal enterprises, and sanctioned entities.
